You have a keen eye for effective social media strategies and are familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
You're tech-savvy and enthusiastic about AI (we see our robots as friends!).
You're eager to explore email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation (experience is a plus but not a requirement).
You thrive as a self-starter in a remote work environment (pet interruptions are welcome!).
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
As our Marketing Coordinator, your primary goal will be to amplify our message through creative and impactful marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
Executing marketing campaigns via email, webinars, and social media.
Developing innovative marketing strategies utilizing both existing and new media.
Leveraging cloud-based marketing tools to streamline our efforts.
Collaborating with a graphic designer and video editor to produce high-quality marketing materials (bonus points if you have design skills!).
Creating, updating, and formatting blog content and web pages.
Occasionally supporting event participation and outreach for both virtual and in-person events.
Hours: 10-15 hours per week, with the potential for up to 30 hours if that suits your schedule.

Use ChatGPT to draft blog content, email newsletters, and social media posts (our custom GPT feels like collaborating with the team!).
Schedule and manage social media content across various channels.
Design and track engagement metrics, such as target counts for likes, shares, and comments.
Analyze marketing data and provide recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
Develop a weekly/monthly social media and email plan to support our overall marketing objectives.
